Sales Executive for IFP Riyadh (REC ) - Saudi - Click for more info

* Job Summary:

The Sales Executive is responsible for selling the allocated space of an event prior to its occurrence. He/she puts all his/her potential to provide quality service to acquire new exhibitors, penetrate existing exhibitors with new offerings and retain existing exhibitors.

 

* Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Prior to the event, sells the “content” and benefits of the event by following a detailed sales agenda.
  • Searches for local new exhibitors aiming to develop the clients’ panel.
  • Oversees similar exhibitions aiming to benchmark the Group’s offerings, to keep track of attending exhibitors and for some to obtain new prospects.
  • Strives to build fruitful, solid and long term relations with exhibitors and to increase the visibility of REC - Riyadh. 
  • Provides the database department with the collected exhibitors’ data and manages its continuous updating, the “cleanliness” of this data being critical for the exhibitions renewal.
  • Coordinates with the PM to ensure production of sponsorship and exhibition brochures.
  • Provides logistic support for exhibitors during the event and responds to their needs in a reactive way.

 

* Job Specifications:

  • Sales, Management or Marketing degree.
  • Age: Between 24 – 30 years old.
  • Well organized, outgoing, charismatic, self-confident and influencing personality.
  • Proven Sales and PR career record with ability to deal with a diversified environment.
  • Previous sales and event management experience, ideally within the hospitality industry is a strong advantage.
  • Innate sense of sales and very good knowledge of the KSA market.
  • Advanced level of English proficiency (both oral and written) and Arabic.

Accountant for IFP Baghdad - Iraq - Click for more info

Job Summary:

The Accountant is responsible for providing accounting support for supervisors within the accounting department. He/She proceeds all daily basic operations related to the activities of the Department.

 

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Performs accounting and clerical functions to support supervisors in daily business transactions.
  • Records business transactions and key daily worksheets to the general ledger in the accounting software: billing, issuing receipts, payments, expenses vouchers, checks, account statements, reports and other records.
  • Processes all accounts reconciliations: clients, suppliers, cash and bank accounts.
  • Updates various required reports: sales, collection or any other business related report.
  • Ensures periodical follow-up for all delinquent accounts.
  • Handles a continuous updating and maintenance for accounting files.
  • Follows accounting policies and procedures with respect to the Group’s internal controls.
  • Reports to the Financial Department in Lebanon as for the enforcement of procedures in compliance with the Group’s preset financial policy.
  • Liaises with the HR Department in Lebanon as for the financial aspect of all personnel activities: Payroll, personnel advances,…etc.  

Job Specifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Business.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Organized, discreet with attention to detail.
  • Strong command of MS Office.
  • Ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines.
  • Good command of English and Arabic.
  • Willing to relocate to Baghdad.

Administrative Assistant for IFP Erbil - Iraq - Click for more info

Job Summary:

The Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing full support for the accomplishment of administrative and procurement tasks related to the Administrative Department.

 

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Answers phone calls and redirects them through a well-defined channel with a continuous feedback to concerned stakeholders.
  • Effects all kinds of correspondence related to the bookings of travelling personnel, visitors and exhibitors. These include and are not limited to: hotels, visas, air tickets…etc.
  • Effects the Group’s outgoing correspondence to external stakeholders by choosing the most optimal channel, whether by outsourcing (external courrier) or by relying on the Group’s drivers.
  • Receives and dispatches incoming correspondence and ensures proper channeling to concerned parties in due time.
  • Supervises the drivers daily routing in a timely and optimal manner.
  • Supervises the cleaning works in the Group’s premises in Erbil and provides continuous feedback to concerned employees.  
  • Orders stationery and office supplies and monitors the level of each item’s stock.
  • Handles maintenance issues and requests and follows with internal concerned parties and external vendors the periodical maintenance visits and support for the following services: cleaning, A/C, elevators, lighting, office furniture, pest control and all other internal services pertaining to the Group’s premises.
  • Plans and proceeds purchasing orders and services (office expenditures, stationery, taxi calls …etc) related to personnel needs and tracks thoroughly the applied prices.
  • Responds effectively to inquiries coming from employees and/or third parties with high standards of discretion, professionalism and ethics.
  • Ensures a smooth yet efficient flow of administrative work with all internal and external stakeholders.
  • Updates on regular basis the internal email address book of the Group with its outside stations and sister companies.

 

Job Specifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree with minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Previous experience in a Travel Agency is a strong advantage.
  • Organized, discreet, smooth approach with attention to detail.
  • Ability to build rapport in an empathetic way with both positive and solving attitude.
  • Familiar with current office machines such as photocopiers, computers, scanners,…etc.
  • Good command of English, Kurdish and Arabic.
