What we are looking for




We’re looking for a multi-tasking superstar to join our dynamic operations team and execute the after-sales operations of assigned IFP Events and ensure seamless after-sales coordination and excellent customer service.




Main Tasks




  • Update the show(s) floorplan using the existing floor management tools (e.g. AutoCAD) as per the Head of Department’s input


  • Assemble and consolidate received space contract forms (SCFs) for local shows and dispatch them to the Accounting & Finance department’s assigned show accountant

  • Update the previous and new shows’ exhibition manual when needed and test it with the Operations Head of Department, concerned Project Manager, and the CIO before it is uploaded online

  • Send the exhibition manual OEP link to international clients copying the International Sales Coordinator and the concerned International Sales Key Account Manager

  • Process visa requests and hotel accommodations for specific events (exhibitions or conferences)

  • Update the database of potential and previous exhibitors in local shows and/or outgoing shows on the CRM when needed

  • Prepare delegates’ and foreign speakers’ invitation letters and provide them with excellent customer service regarding their accommodation, transportation and other requests

  • Inspect all booked stands and spaces during the build-up phase, ensuring that build-up standards are met (correct spelling of name boards and compliance of stands space and size restrictions with the signed space contract forms)

  • Follow up with contractors and suppliers on the distribution of all utilities (such as furniture, appliances, fascia boards, etc.) indicated in the exhibition manual

  • Provide excellent customer service to exhibitors as part of the show management activities (distributing badges, gift items, exhibitors’ kit, etc. and directing exhibitors to their stands)

  • Follow up with contractors and exhibitors on the dismantling of stands making sure that all dismantling rules and deadlines are respected

  • Prepare a modification report for on-site updates of floorplan, stand specifications, and extra orders, and send it to the Head of Department and concerned Project Manager

  • Participate actively in the operations team’s internal debrief and in the overall project debrief with the concerned Project Manager

  • Work closely with the Senior operations coordinator and head of department on special projects where needed



Do you have what it takes? 




Education: BS /BA in Business Management or Business Administration is required


Experience: Minimum 3 years in an operational job requiring extensive organization and coordination, preferably in the trade shows and exhibitions industry

Language: High Proficiency in English and Arabic.

Internal Auditor
IFP Lebanon - Hazmieh


What we are looking for


We are looking for an objective Internal auditor to add value and improve our operations by bringing a systematic and disciplined approach to the effectiveness of risk management, control, and governance processes. The successful candidate will possess a thorough knowledge of accounting procedures and a sound judgement.


Extensive travel to Erbil and Baghdad is required


Main Tasks


  • Perform and process accounting entries in a timely manner and allocate costs to related events and cost centers
  • Identify loopholes and recommend risk aversion measures and cost savings
  • Conduct follow up audits to monitor management’s interventions
  • Handle supplier payments and update aging of payables and receivables
  • Check and manage the treasury position
  • Perform monthly reconciliation of bank and sister companies’ or intercompany accounts
  • Perform end of month and end of year closing tasks
  • Prepare and submit the required financial statements on a monthly basis
  • Prepare and analyze the annexed reports to the financial statements
  • Assist HR Department on any request regarding monthly payroll preparation
  • Coordinate with HR on the end of service indemnity procedures
  • Prepare cost analysis of events and business activities of the station
  • Analyze station’s events budgetary control sheets and report variances to the Group Accounts Manager
  • Coordinate with sales regarding clients’ accounts
  • Issue invoices and credit notes to clients according to sales requirements
  • Update the sales report and send to concerned stakeholders
  • Send supporting documents for every event
  • Liaise with external auditors when needed
  • Ability to manipulate large amounts of data and to compile detailed reports



Do you have what it takes? 


Education: BS in Accounting or Finance required -  MBA / CMA / CPA is a plus

Experience: 4 to 5 years in internal auditing

Language: High Proficiency in English and Arabic.
